Check that the API process is responding, without an API key.

/v2/healthUse this endpoint to check API availability from your application or uptime monitor. It is public: no API key, Authorization header or request body is needed.
Liveness checks
A successful request returns 200 OK, a status of healthy, and the server's UTC timestamp in ISO 8601 format.
This checks whether the API process is responding. It does not verify database or AI provider availability; use a query or export request to check those workflows.
