We build Muchat to help teams grow with AI and stay close to their customers.

We started with the idea of a second self. Today, we’re building a second team: taking care of repetitive work so people have more time to build, grow, and look after customers.

There’s a person behind every message

Someone is trying to make a purchase, solve a problem, or simply feel heard. To us, the experience matters as much as the answer. We build Muchat to help businesses understand their customers, respond at the right moment, and take action when it’s needed, with the care you would expect from a good teammate.

Our mission

Grow your team, without growing your team.

We want Muchat to be a second team: one that understands the business, takes care of repetitive work, and brings in a person whenever human attention is needed. So businesses can grow while keeping the quality of care and closeness their customers value.

  1. What’s next

The next chapter has a voice

Illustration of sound waves extending from a conversation toward Muchat’s next chapter

Voice interaction is planned for future versions: another channel alongside chat, bringing us closer to one home for customer communication with the care of a good teammate.

  2. Mehr 1405 SH

Every conversation offers something to learn

Illustration of customer conversations becoming insights and paths to business improvement

Conversations became insights. Monthly reports now highlight recurring questions and business bottlenecks across connected channels, with suggestions to help teams improve.

  3. Version three: customer communication in one place

Illustration of communication channels, business tools, and human support connected to one hub

Version three launched in Mehr 1405, bringing messaging channels, human handoff, business knowledge, and API connections together for live answers and actions such as checking an order.

  4. 1403–1405 SH

A year spent building the next generation

Illustration of the carefully assembled modules of the next generation of Muchat

We spent a year building version three, studying the field and redesigning the experience around problems customers shared with us. The aim: capabilities that work together.

  5. From a better answer to a better experience

Illustration of one continuous path from a customer question to action and human care

Customers needed order updates, live information, more channels, and timely human help. Their needs shifted our focus from better answers to a better experience from start to finish.

  6. Customer conversations became part of building

Illustration of direct conversations between customers and a team becoming product ideas

A shared Telegram group connected each customer directly with our team. Suggestions reached the people building Muchat, and everyone could see their work helping real users.

  7. Building foundations for what came next

Illustration of solid interlocking foundations and expandable product modules

As more businesses relied on Muchat, new technical experience joined the team. We strengthened the architecture to support growth and build future capabilities on firmer foundations.

  8. 1403 SH

The first lasting outcome: time back

Illustration of repetitive messages being organized to make room for time, building, and growth

Our first lasting outcome was time back. Muchat handled recurring questions, freeing teams to grow their businesses and help customers who needed more attention.

  9. Good answers became the foundation of trust

Illustration of messages being refined into one clear, precise answer

Version two focused on better answers. Real customer feedback helped us strengthen the core, understand business knowledge, and deliver useful, relevant responses.

  10. Part of the everyday work of a business

Illustration of a conversation bubble passing through an open doorway into a shared workspace

In mid-1403, Muchat launched for businesses. Working with different teams, information, and expectations showed us what the product needed to become part of everyday work.

  11. Users found the next use for Muchat

Illustration of business knowledge and documents feeding into an intelligent conversation

“Can Muchat learn about our business and answer our customers?” That recurring question turned an exciting experiment into something teams could rely on every day.

  12. Muchat, your second self

Illustration of Muchat’s original symbol on a conversation bubble beside its translucent second self

AI made that wish tangible. We shared an early version with friends, and their enthusiasm became the beginning of Muchat: “Your second self.”

  13. Before Muchat

What if there were more of us?

Illustration of a conversation bubble and its second self among a growing collection of messages

Growing an earlier product taught us to build by listening. As messages multiplied, one wish kept coming back: more versions of us, with the same care for every customer.

The people on this journey

Building Muchat together

Our first collaborators are the teams that use Muchat. They share their challenges, offer suggestions, and help shape the product.

At Muchat, product development, software engineering, and customer relationships come together to turn that understanding into a useful product.

Customer Relations & Product

Close to the work. Close to the people.

Hearing directly from users lets everyone see the impact of their work: a suggestion that becomes a feature, or a thank-you from someone whose day just got easier. That connection gives building at Muchat its meaning.

Beliefs you can see in the product

These guide our decisions, from what we build to how we work with our customers.

01

Users shape the product

Direct contact with customers is part of our work. We hear their problems firsthand and connect product decisions to their actual experience. The third version of Muchat grew out of those conversations.

02

Quality shows up in everyday use

The right answer at the right time. An action completed correctly and quickly. A person when one is needed. We see quality in these details. What we build has to be useful in the daily work of a team.

03

How people feel matters

Behind every question is a person with a concern. We want them to leave the conversation feeling understood and closer to a solution. The care found in human communication guides the intelligent experiences we build.

04

Listening should lead to improvement

Feedback earns its value when it leads to change. We share what we learn from customers across the team, bring it back into the product, and examine the result in real use.

Connect Muchat to your business knowledge and tools, and give your team more time to grow and look after customers.
